  • Share contact information to facilitate off-platform transactions
  • Solicit users to transact outside of BioBridgeX

Harmful or Illegal Activities

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards
  • Engage in activities that harm animals in violation of welfare regulations
  • Conduct research without proper regulatory approvals
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

Technical Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorisation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's integrity or performance
  • Use automated tools (bots) without explicit permission

Unprofessional Conduct

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages
  • Engage in discriminatory behaviour

3. Expected Conduct

All users are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
  • Conduct business in good faith and with professional integrity
  • Respond promptly to communications and requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Report any suspected violations or security concerns
  • Keep account credentials secure and confidential

4. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Warning: Written notice of the violation
  • Temporary Suspension: Restricted access to some or all platform features
  • Permanent Termination: Complete removal from the platform
  • Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief
  • Regulatory Reporting: Notification to relevant regulatory authorities

BioBridgeX reserves the right to take appropriate action at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
